Party of 4 at 3:15. By the time we left you could see why reservations are recommended! Steaks were amazing. Homemade salad dressing for salad. This particular day ( Thursday) they had French onion soup. Old school ambiance. A very friendly server (Mark). Choice of 3 potato options. We had dessert, too! Yum

I made reservations for 4, and upon arrival they couldn't locate my name. Well, my friends had already checked in and had been seated. The waitress looked confused and basically ruined my husband's surprise. He thought it was just going to be us two, so when i had to say its for 4 he realized others were joining. When my friends checked in to when we checked in it was approximately 5 mins apart so unsure where the confusion was. This was Thursday, 1/9 between 715-730pm. Anyways, everything else was great! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our waitress was nice. And the atmosphere was very "homey." I would go back.

Update We are starting to make this place a regular. The rack of lamb is actually a full rack, eight bones! Their steaks are always delicious. The filet and lobster is a very good deal, and delicious. The roasted vegetables on the side were very tasty, as well as the mushrooms. We always get very good service here. The atmosphere is very inviting and cozy.

Still one of my favorite place for steak. Location is very unique as it is surrounded by multiple houses. I love how you can easily the restaurant in the freeway. The staff are very friendly and they always make you feel welcomed.

The thing about Bob Taylor's Ranch house, it's a ranch house. If you expect fancy food, this is the wrong place for you. If you're looking for Prime Rib as it's truly meant to be, a delicious cut of meat prepared like the old days, served up in a family friendly environment, this is that place. It's not the fancy Las Vegas restaurant where you pay exorbitant prices for a dressed up cut of meat. It's not fancy at all, it's a warm, out of the way family gathering place. The staff is warm and genuine, service is on time but not rushed. On Monday, the Prime Rib special is a fixed cost per ounce, sides are extra. I offered to pick up the tab for dinner, 1 steak, 3 prime ribs, a few sides and a couple kids meal. With tip it came to under $170. I felt like it was a great deal, almost too good. The food was excellent, the service was great. I even enjoyed the drive out to the edge of town. Also, they have a great kids Menu, the children report that the chicken tenders were better than other places.

Great value in a historic Vegas Landmark. This restaurant is LITERALLY A RANCH HOUSE, that has been around for years. Large menu, with Good steaks at a reasonable price. Thank You to NICHOLAS for the Excellent Service. Recommend.

This restaurant has been on our list to try for a while now and we finally decided to go today. Their Crab Stuffed Mushrooms was very good. My husband ordered their Rib Eye Steak and he said it was seasoned and prepared well. I ordered their Broiled Shrimp with Rice Pilaf and it was delicious. If you are looking for an old-fashioned casual steak house, this is it. The portions were plenty and the atmosphere straight from the 1950s. We were their first customers for the day and the service was good with a friendly and attentive staff which made our dining experience even better.
